Zach

Zach Calder sent me a couple more pictures from our trip this summer... Zach and I spent a few days fishing together this summer... we fished the Snake for a couple of days then spent a long day down on the Green... Fishing was great, fish were eating hoppers and other terrestrials... Zach has been fishing lately down in Arizona catching rainbows on dry flies... Fishing with Zach is a riot, he might be a better caster than most adults I have seen!

Josh Returns from Argentina

My buddy Josh Galivan just returned from two months in Argentina and Chile. He was traveling with his brother and father, fishing and bumming around. Here are some pictures from a 3 day Golden Dorado trip they did in the Argentina side. These fish are supposed to be really aggressive and he told me they were sight fishing for them. The Kid is killin it!

Fishing Season Over

Well the fishing season has come to an end for me... the weather has been weird here in Jackson over the last 2 weeks... One day it is 50 degrees the next it is snowing and nasty out.... I have heard reports that the South Fork is fishing ok... I am sure that on the warmer days nymphing is decent and possibly decent midge fishing... I have been tying a lot of flies.. this is the time of year to start tying for next season... it is also a great time of year to work on some casting...
