With inflows of 10,000 and out flows of 1600 the Flaming Gorge Reservoir is filling up... I went down to do some carp fishing the other evening and found all of the bushes under water... normally at this spot you walk through all the bushes out to the muddy flats... as i was looking through all the bushes I could see big tails rising up and down... there were about 100 carp up in the bushes and flats rooting around... I did manage to hook 3 but had no chance at landing them... one wrapped me on a bush... one I broke on 2X and the other i straightened the hook... it was fun but pretty tough... Mary Jo took the pictures... she refused to walk out in the mud... wimp
